What is Self-Storage?
As indicated by the service name, Self-storage, allows clients (personal or businesses) to rent a storage room in which to keep their possessions. Takhzeen provides a number of room sizes that can be rented for short or long term periods. You simply book a room, have your items brought down, store them away and lock up. Then whenever you need to access them you can, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. How much space do I need?
Try using our size estimator to select the room size closest to your needs. Alternatively call one of our customer service staff members on +973 69990999, they are trained to match your storage items to our room sizes.
How secure are my belongings?
Very secure. Not only does our facility have security alarms at all entry and exit points, we also have trained staff on hand during office hours, CCTV after hours, and separate alarm systems on your individual rooms. Moreover, access to your room is by own private pin code.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum lease time is 1 month, there is no maximum.
What do I need to book a space and open a contract?
All you need is:
- Two forms of ID (one of which is a photo ID)
- Proof of address (electricity and water bill)
- Valid insurance policy (if applicable)
Can I store in more than one room?
Absolutely, if you would rather multiple rooms we can arrange that for you.
What cant I store?
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives
- Flammable liquids, paint, gas bottles etc
- Stolen goods or illegal items
- Humans, Animals, plants
- Exposed food stuffs
Do I need to insure my possessions?
Yes, anything stored within a Takhzeen room needs to be covered by insurance. We can provide an option for you, please check with our customer service staff for prices and options.
